We are deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Although Queen Elizabeth never visited Brooklands Museum, she will have flown on many Brooklands-built aircraft, including the Vickers Viking, the VC-10 and Concorde. Those who worked in the Brooklands aircraft factories, some of whom now volunteer for Brooklands Museum, will feel proud to have played a part in her life and royal duties in this way.  

Our thoughts and condolences are with the Royal Family at this sad time.
