Brooklands Museum is Highly Commended for the Family Attraction of the Year Award.
Brooklands Museum is delighted to share that it has been recognised twice in the Time and Leisure Food and Cultural Awards 2023, celebrating the best food, drink and culture across southwest London and Surrey.
Nominated in two categories, ‘Family Attraction of the Year ‘and ‘Cultural Experience of the Year’, Brooklands Museum received Highly Recommended and Recommended, respectively. Brooklands Museum was featured on the nominee list alongside other popular attractions: London Wetland Centre, Barnes, RHS Wisley, Surrey, Chessington World of Adventures and Hobbledown, Epsom.
David Hopkins-Holder, Head of Visitor Experience for Brooklands Museum, said: “We were thrilled to be nominated for two categories, and to come away with two awards is something the whole team is very proud of. It’s great to be able to shout about it too, especially as the Easter Holidays are coming up, and for people looking for something new to do, we have these awards that show them they won’t be disappointed.”
The awards, now in their 11th year, are organised by Time and Leisure Magazine. They encourage people to seek out and enjoy new experiences, from one-person businesses to Michelin-starred, nationally renowned attractions to local community festivals.
