New BTM President Damon HIll

We are delighted that Damon HIll OBE has accepted the role of President of the Brooklands Trust Members. Damon needs little introduction to Members as the son of the late Graham Hill and a former F1 World Champion. He is one of only two sons of former World Champions to hold the title, the other being Nico Rosburg. Damon is a former President of the British Racing Drivers Club in which role he helped secure Silverstone as the site of the British Grand Prix for 17 years. He currently works for Sky Sports TV as a commentator for their coverage of Formula One.
Damon has been an honorary member of the Brooklands Trust since 2007 and has been in touch with the BTM fund-raising activities as a consequence. We now welcome him on behalf of the Membership to this more formal role and wish him every success for the future.
