Triumph T80 Freddy Clarke Special 350cc
A recreation of the motorbike that set one of the last records to be broken at Brooklands.
This motorcycle is based on a Triumph Tiger 80 and is a faithful recreation of the 350cc T80 motorcycle built and raced at Brooklands by Triumph engineer, Freddie Clarke.
Freddie set one of the last speed records at Brooklands prior to the track’s closure in 1939. He achieved a speed of 109 mph on his Triumph Factory developed machine in practice before finally breaking the 350cc record at 105.97 mph in April 1939. This recreation had its inaugural run on the banked Circuit at Montlhéry in France in 2019.
