Gift Voucher FAQs and terms and conditions
Brooklands Museum gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Brooklands Museum Membership vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and the membership begins when the recipient activates their membership with the Museum.
The voucher is a monetary amount which you can use to redeem against a Brooklands Museum entry ticket, daily Concorde experience tickets, souvenir guide books or any other event which is bookable via our website. Please note, Gift vouchers are not redeemable in person, at the Museum.
All our vouchers are electronic and will be delivered within 24 hours via email.
To use your voucher please redeem via our website following the details provided with your voucher. Pre-booking is required before attending the Museum. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
You can redeem your Membership online or by emailing members@brooklandsmuseum.com with your voucher reference number and expiry date to activate your membership. Full details and a welcome pack will be sent to you once your membership is live.

If your voucher includes the Concorde experience it is advisable to book in advance as it is a very popular activity. You can do this by emailing us (our offfice is open Mon - Fri 10am to 4pm, closed bank holidays. We aim to respond in 3 working days.): concordeadmin@brooklandsmuseum.com
Please confirm your date of visit, type of voucher (admission, Concorde, afternoon treat, lunch, number of people), voucher number and voucher pin.
Please ensure you bring your voucher with you when you visit or we may not be able to admit you to the Museum without an additional charge.

1.) Voucher duration. Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date. No refunds are permitted.
2.) Use of promotional codes. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
3.) Email vouchers: Email vouchers shall be provided to the email address provided at point of purchase.
5.) Voucher redemption.
5a.) - Museum Gift Tickets (Purchased before February 2024) You will need to follow the instructions provided with your gift ticket.
5b.) Gift Voucher (Purchased from February 2024) can be used for part or full payment of admission tickets, daily Concorde experience, souvenir guides and members talks purchased through the website. Gift vouchers are not able to be used in person on site. The balance remaining must be paid at the point of purchase and no change or credit will be given where the voucher amount exceeds the basket total. ***
5c.) Concorde Signature Events. Vouchers should be activated online with your redemption code. Details for redemption are supplied with the voucher.
5d.) Third Party Vouchers. Your voucher can be redeemed in person at the admissions desk, either as a printed voucher or by showing it on your phone.
6.) Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
7.) Transfer. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No refunds will be given.
8.) Lost or stolen vouchers. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
9.) Cancellation. If you have booked a voucher with a third-party supplier e.g. Tiqets/Get Your Guide/Musement, and require a cancellation or amendment to your booking, please contact the supplier directly.
